These community terms apply to the development service. Commercial operator details and legally reviewed contractual terms must be supplied before public launch.

Come as yourself.

You must be at least 18. Use accurate details and photos you have permission to share. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive profiles, or use the app to advertise or solicit money.

Curiosity is welcome. Pressure isn’t.

Respect consent and boundaries. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, spam, and illegal content are not allowed. Never share another person’s private information without permission.

Language is an invitation.

You don’t owe anyone a lesson, a reply, or a date. Suggested words are optional. Pronunciation playback uses your browser’s speech service and may vary by device.

Safety comes before access.

Profiles and media may be restricted or removed after safety review. Block, report, or unmatch from the app. Melobiu does not guarantee matches or verify every identity. Purchases do not guarantee matches, replies, or dates.

Your likes and membership.

Standard includes 25 free likes. Using the first free like starts a fixed 24-hour window. Further likes do not restart the timer. After that window, the free balance refills to 25; unused free likes do not accumulate. Browsing, skipping, matching and messaging remain free.

Purchased like packs are one-time purchases credited to the signed-in account, with no expiry. Free likes are used first. Purchased likes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or spent while Premium is active. Refunded or charged-back purchases are reversed, including against future purchased credits if the refunded likes have already been used.

Premium provides unlimited likes during the paid subscription period, subject to protections against automated use and abuse. Subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel Mollie renewal from your profile, or Apple renewal in your Apple account subscription settings. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the end of the paid period. A failed renewal does not extend that period.

Apple purchases are billed and managed by Apple. Use Restore purchases while signed in to the Melobiu account that made the purchase. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription: cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings. Contact support@melobiu.com for web payment questions; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
